Ingredients
- Fatback on bacon drippings and butter
- 1 C onions
- 1 C bell pepper
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 1 12 oz can sauce
- 1/2 C water
- 1 Tbls worchestire sauce
- dash tabasco
- 1/2 Tsp chili powder
- 1 Tsp paprika
- 1 Tbls sugar
- 1 Tsp vinegar
- 1 Tbls salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 3 C peeled shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Serve over rice.
