Potato Soup

  • 5 lbs. yukon gold potatoes, peeled
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 stk butter
  • bacon or ham opt.



Step 1

Dice potaoes & boil until almost done. Take out 3/4 c. potatoes & set aside. Coarsely mash potatoes. Add cubed potatoes, diced vegies, soup & milk to your choice of consistency. Add meat if desired. Simmer until all potatoes are soft.
