- 2 qt. blueberries
- 4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cold water

Step 1
Mash fruit, sprinkle with sugar, cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Add water, bring to a boil and cook 20 min. Strain through cheesecloth. Heat to boiling. Pour into hot jars. Process 10 min. in boiling water bath.
