Ingredients

  • 1

    C sugar

  • 1

    Tbls butter

  • 2

    egg yolks well beaten

  • 2

    egg whites beaten until stiff

  • 1/4

    C flour

  • 1

    C milk

  • 1

    lemon

  • Plus receipe for 1 pie dough

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except egg whites). Fold egg whites into mixture. Pour into pie plate and bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes, reduce heat to 325 and bake 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. If your pie plates are bigger than 8" you might have to double the recipe. If not getting done raise the heat to 350 degrees.
