Barbecued Shrimp Kabobs

  • 12 oz. cooked peeled medium shrimp
  • 1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 6 green onion, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Alternately thread shrimp, pepper and onion pieces on eight 12 inch metal skewers. Place on greased unheated rack of broiler pan. Brush with barbecue sauce.

Broil kabobs 6 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and shrimp are heated through, turning once and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce.
