Sausage and olive pizza

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb or 4 oz pizza dough
- 3 oz cooked Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup pitted black and green olives
- 2 oz shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp fresh Rosemary leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven with a baking sheet in it to 500. Stretch or roll out pizza dough into a 10 inch long oval. Brush one side with olive oil or herb oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with sausage, olives, sprinkle with cheese and Rosemary. Put onto heated baking sheet and cook for 7-10 minutes or u till crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
