Ingredients

  • 2 lbs country style hash browns (frozen)
  • 2 cans cream of potatoe soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together in a large bowl.

Put slabs of butter on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Back at 350 for about 1 hour or until top turns a little brown and cheese starts to bubble. Enjoy!
