Flip the bacon and top with seasoning mixture. 4. Continue baking until browned all over, 12 to 16 minutes. Drain on paper towels Maple chile - mix 1/4 cup maple syrup and two tbsp each of light brown sugar and ancho chile powder in small bowl. Brush 1 ide of the bacon pie spice - microwave 1/3 cup light brown sugar with 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp water in a small bowl until melted, about 1 minute. Brush on 1 side of bacon. Cumin-Peppercorn - microwave 1/4 cup light brown sugar with 1 tsp water until melted, about 1 minute. Brush on 1 side of bacon, then sprinkle with 1 tsp each cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds and crushed pink peppercorns Rosemary-Black Pepper - Microwave 2 tbsp sugar with 1 tsp water until melted, about 45 seconds. Brush on one side of bacon, then sprinkle with 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary and 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper Bourbon BBQ - Mix 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 1 tbsp bourbon, 1 tbsp ketchup and 1/2 tsp each chipotle chile powder, chili powder and ground cumin. brush on both sides of bacon. Five Spice - mix 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder and 1 tsp sriracha. Spreadon 1 side of bacon and then sprinkle 2 tsp sesame seeds. Cajun - Microwave 1/4 cup light brown sugar with 2 tsp salt free cajun seasoning and 1 tsp water until melted, about 1 minute. Brush on 1 side of bacon Jerk - Microwave 1/4 cup light brown sugar with 2 tsp salt free jerk seasoning and 1 tsp water until melted about 1 minute. Brush on 1 side of bacon.
