Ingredients
- 4-5 strips of bacon
- 1/2 cup diced onion (more if desired)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 large diced potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 can creamed corn

Preparation
Step 1
Dice bacon and cook in soup pot until crispy. Remove the bacon and add the diced onion, cook until tender. Remove cooked onion and add boiling water and diced potatoes. Cook potatoes until done. Mix salt, pepper, milk and flour, stir until blended, add to boiling potato water, stir until thickened. Add cooked bacon and onion and a can of creamed corn.
