Lemony good cookie press recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 egg
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 3 cup ap flour, sifted
• 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar,& zest; beat on high until light & fluffy. Lower to med & add egg & juice. Combine flour, baking powder, & salt & add to wet mix by lg spoonfuls, beating after each addition. Extrude cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Cool.
