Mango Peach Salsa

  • 1/2 about 1/2 of a red bell pepper
  • 1/2 about 1/2 of a green bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 green onions, white and all of the green
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 1 medium mango
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1-2 about 1-2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 about 2 tbsp white corn syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 about 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • (can use orange, mango, pineapple, peach juice or a mixture of all the juices)



Step 1

Dice fruits and vegetables very small. Mix the sauce, set aside. Place all of the fruits and vegetables in a glass bowl, add the sauce and mix lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use.
