- 2 C. (4 oz.) frenchs' fried onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Crush onions with flour in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg and then coat with onion crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
