  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temp.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3 tbls. sugar
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add melted butter and sugar. Add the dry cake mix and continue beating until well blended. With a spatula, gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into the greased and floured pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
