HOT ARTICOKE AND SPINACH DIP

Ingredients
- 2/3 C fat free mayonnaise
- 1/2 C plain low fat yogurt
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/2 box of smallest size of spinach (drained, but not cooked)
- 1/4 C and 2 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayonnaise and yogurt till smooth. Add chopped artichoke and next 4 ingredients
Spray pan (1 quart size) with Pam. Spoon mixture in to pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Then sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Then broil cheese on top
