- 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 2 small)
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; spread in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce and paprika.
Turn potatoes; brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
