Avocado Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 1 avocado peeled and seeded
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp tabasco
• 2 tbsp snipped chives

1. Combine avocados, sour cream, heavy cream in a food processor and combine until smooth.
