Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup shite wine vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced or dry oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- Salad:
- 1 16 oz. box of bow tie pasta cooked and drained
- 1 package of spinach, torn
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup of feta cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
