Ingredients
- 18 oz boxed chocolate cake (not not use oil as per pkg directions)
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
- Pam
- 2 cups diet Coke
- 4 1/2 cups water

Step 1
Prepare cake mix as per directions on package replacing water with diet coke.
Place steam rack into position with the spring form pan inside it, pour mix into pan. Add 1 1/2 cups water into base, cover valve open and cook on high for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium high, add 1 1/2 cup water, and cook 10 minutes with cover valve closed.
To glaze the cake, place all pie filling in base with the remaining diet coke. Cook on high for 5 minutes with cover valve open. Stir 2 or 3 times. When thickened, pour over cake.
Serve hot or cold.
