Baked CornFlake Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 bone in split chicken breast (skin on optional)
• 6 C corn flakes
• 2 tbsp season salt
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 6 oz. melted butter
• 1 C milk
• (can substitute seasonings for personal preference of your own taste)

Preparation

Step 1

In a plastic bag crush corn flakes
Add all seasonings to corn flakes
dip chicken in milk
shake chicken in bag of cornflake & seasonings
place in baking pan
pour melted butter over top of all the chicken evenly
bake at 350 until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through around 1 hr
