  • 12 Wonton wrappers
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 ounces cream cheese (room temp) 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 walnuts (in pieces)
  • Chives (diced, optional)

Step 1

Cut wonton into 2 ½ rounds. Brush both sides of wonton with oil and tuck into a sprayed muffin tin pressing down to fit snugly in corners.

Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.

In a small bowl mix cream cheese, chutney and mustard until combined. Spoon 2 tbsp of mix into the wonton wrappers. Garnish with walnut pieces and chives.
