Ingredients
- 1 Bag Cranberries
- 1 Cub Sugar
- 1 Orange
- 1 Shot Congac

Preparation
Step 1
Scrape the zest off half of the orange. Add zest and bag of cranberries to a food processor and process until you reach the desired consitency.
Remove from processor and add 1 cup of sugar. Mix through and let stand for approximately 10 minutes. Taste to see if additional sugar is needed (based on your own preference).
Add congac and mix through.
Done!
