mom's pineapple, coconut cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks softened margarine
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour

• 2 cans crushed pineapple(use juice)
• 1 box vanilla pudding(not instant)
• 1 box coconut pudding(not instant)

Preparation

Step 1

mix together with fork. put into place on greased cookie sheet. bake 350 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

mix well, cook until thick, pour into cooled crust.

cool and top with dream whip
