    cup Splenda

  • 1/3

    cup sugar*

  • 1/2

    cup reduced fat Bisquick

  • 1

    13-oz. can evaporated milk

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    can pumpkin

  • 1

    T. pumpkin pie spice

  • 2

    t. vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" pie plate. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes.
