CARROT CAKE

2 Cups flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamin
1 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1-1/2 Cups Oil
2 Cups Sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 Cups grated carrots
½ Cup Chopped nuts
Mix all dry ingredients and set aside:
Mix oil, sugar & eggs. Beat after each addition, then add dry ingredients, carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13 pan 350 degrees 35 – 40 minutes
