- 1 (18.25 oz) package lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- powdered sugar for decoration

Directions:
In a large bowl combine cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, and lemon juice. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes, and up to overnight to make the dough easier to handle. Roll into 1 inch balls and coat in powdered sugar. Place cookie dough around perimeter of liner pan about 1 inch apart. Bake on power level high for 10 minutes. Once the cookies have cooled completely dust with powdered sugar one more time.
