Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 7 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 2/3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes

Step 1
in a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. in a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil and sweet potatoes. stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
bake st 425 for 30-35 minutes.
cut into squares. serve warm
