    pkg. Yellow Cake Mix (2 layer size)

    pkg. Vanilla or French Vanilla Instant

  • Pudding Mix (4-serving size)

  • 1

    c. Water

  • c. Vegetable Oil

  • 3

    med Granny Smith Apples (peeled, chopped)

  • 20

    Caramels (unwrapped)

  • 3

    Tbsp. Milk


Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10" tube pan, combine cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl with mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in apples. Pour into pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan. Cool completely. Microwave caramels and milk in bowl on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes, stirring for 30 seconds until blended. Cool for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Drizzle over cake.
