Ingredients

    cups flour

  • 1

    tsp. baking soda

  • t tsp. salt

  • 1

    TBSP cinnamon

  • Combine the above ingredients and set aside.

  • Mix the following:

  • 1 1/4

    cups vegetable oil

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 3

    eggs

Directions

Mix well, then gradually add the above dry ingredients. Mix in 2 10-oz packages of frozen strawberries. Pour into loaf pans and bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour. This makes two large loaves, 4 medium, or 6 mini loaves. If you are not using the aluminum foil loaf pans (the throwaway pans you get in the baking aisle, grease and flour your loaf pans). I didn't bake a full hour, more like 55 minutes. My oven also cooks hotter, so I cooked them a little less, maybe 340. Fill the loaf pans 1/2 to 3/4 full. Stick with a toothpick to make sure the bread is done. May add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired.
