  • 2 1/2 cups mixed squash (1 1/4 cup of yellow
  • And 1 1/4 cups of zuchinni)
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups of Ritz Crackers, crushed

Cook squash until tender. Add all other
Ingredients. Add milk and egg last. Save

For 1 hour. Makes 1 quart casserole.
