Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups mixed squash (1 1/4 cup of yellow
- And 1 1/4 cups of zuchinni)
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups of Ritz Crackers, crushed

Cook squash until tender. Add all other
Ingredients. Add milk and egg last. Save
Some of the cheese for the topping along
With crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees
For 1 hour. Makes 1 quart casserole.
