Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 slices of bread, soaked in milk
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook squash until tender; drain. Mash with
Butter, salt and pepper. Add slightly beaten
Egg, bread and onion. Mix well. Pour half
The mixture in casserole dish; top with half
Of cheese. Add remaining mixture and top
With remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees
For 30 minutes.
