Old Fashioned Date Loaf Candy

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. milk
• 12 oz. package of stoned dates
• 1 c. pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar with milk until it forms a soft ball in water.

Pour in dates, boil stirring constantly until dates are dissolved.

Remove and add 1 c. of pecans and beat until cool.

Pour on wet cloth and wrap up!
