Ingredients

  • ½

    lb beans, green, trimmed (~6¼ cups)

  • cups artichoke hearts, canned in oil, drained and quartered

  • 3

    tbsp lemon juice

  • 1

    tbsp olive oil

  • tsp pepper, black freshly ground

Directions

Steam the green beans until just cooked through, about 4 minutes. Remove the beans and toss with the artichokes, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper.
