pumpkin sheet cake

Ingredients

• 1 can (16oz) pumpkin
• 2 cups sugar(may have to use 1 1/2)
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• cream cheese frosting; 4oz soft cream cheese, 4 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, little milk to thin if needed

Preparation

Step 1

cream together in large bowl-pumpkin, sugar oil and beaten eggs.

add flour soda, cinnamon, salt-beat until well blended

pour in greased jellyroll pan. bake at 350 30 minutes. use cream cheese frosting. sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
