Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 can (about 1# or 2 cups) Pumpkin
- 1 cup corn oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour pan
In large bowl , thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add sugar and stir well again.
In a med. bowl, gently beat together pumpkin, corn oil and water.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Make a well in center of flour mixture.
Add pumpkin mix and stir just until flour is moistened.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until cake tester in center comes out clean.
Cook about 1 hour
