Ingredients

  • 11/2 C. Just Boiling Water
  • 3 Raspberry Zinger Tea Bags
  • 3 C. Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/3-1/2 C. Granulated Sugar, divided
  • 11/2 C. Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
  • Fresh Mint Leaves For Garnish

Step 1

In a sm. bowl, pour the water over the tea bags & steep for 6 min. Remove tea bags & discard. In a saucepan, combine the steeped tea, raspberries, orange juice & 1/3 C. of the sugar. Bring to a boil over med-heat. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 min. Let cool slightly. Puree in a food processor or blender. Strain the mixture to remove seeds. Chill mixture thoroughly. Stir in the yogurt. If necessary, adjust sweetness with remaining sugar to suit your taste buds. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Serve garnished with fresh raspberries & mint leaves.
