strawberry pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar(if berries are sweet, use only 1/2 cup)
• 4 tablespoons dry strawberry jello
• 4 tablespoons cornstarch
• few drops red food coloring
• 1 pint of strawberries, washed and stemmed
• baked 9 inch pie shell
• cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

combine sugar, water, jello and cornstarch, cook until thickened. add strawberries, put in baked pie shell. top with cool whip when cool.
