Olive Garden's Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1 lb. ground beef (I prefer 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oit
  • 1 can (7 oz.) stewed tomatoes cut up
  • 3 ozs. V-8 juice
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce (smallest size)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup grape jelly
  • if desired; add 1 container fresh mushrooms


Servings 4


Step 1

In large skillet; add oil and brown meat. When browned stir in; tomatoes V-8 juice, Prego, soup mix and grape jell.. Cook till jelly melts and sauce blends (about 15-20 mins.). I slso like to add 1 container fresh mushrooms.
