Hamburger Cabbage Cassarole

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 ccup)
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz can condensed to tomato soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Cook beef and onion in 10" skillet over medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, stir occasionally, until beef is brown; drain and stir in rice, salt, pepper, soup and water.
Place cabbage in ungreased 2 quart cassarole. Spoon beef mixture over cabbage. Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
