Applesauce Chocolate Chip Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• Dry ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Allspice
• 1/2 tsp. Cloves
• 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. Soda
• Wet ingredients:
• 3/4 cup Crisco(butter flavored)
• 1 egg
• 1 cup apple sauce
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 cup boiled raisins
• 1 pkg. Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375º
Mix all dry ingredients together, and all wet ingredients
together, then mix mix together. Spoon out on cookie sheet and bake for 10-11 min.
