  • 1 - Can Salmon ( Jack Mackeral )
  • 1 - Egg
  • Crushed saltine crackers
  • Hot sauce to taste ( A couple good shakes )
  • Worcestershire sauce ( same as above )
  • Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients (except oil)
Form into desired size balls
Fry in oil
