  • 5 oz green cabbage,
  • 3 oz fresh bean sprouts,
  • 1 oz dried black Chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water,
  • 1 onion,
  • 4 cloves garlic,
  • 2 ActiFry spoons dark soy sauce,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon groundnut oil,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon dry white wine,
  • Salt, pepper

Directions
Season the pork strips with salt and pepper. Slice the onion and the soaked mushrooms. Remove the white stalks from the cabbage leaves and cut them in half lengthwise, then slice the leaves thinly. Set aside.

Heat the peanut oil. Add the pork. Press 4 garlic cloves through a garlic press and put on top of the meat. Cook for 8 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, white wine, onion and mushrooms. Allow to reduce for 8 minutes. Add the white cabbage. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the sliced green caggabe leaves and the fresh bean sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes. Stop the ActiFry and leave to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
