Ingredients
- 11 lbs of pork butts without bones
- 5 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 4-6 kernals of garlic
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp marjaron

Preparation
Step 1
Dice garlic fine. Put meat through food grinder and add all other ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Stuff into casing.
Boil 1 hour.
Bake in oven 15 minutes longer, serve
