  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp marjaron

Step 1

Dice garlic fine. Put meat through food grinder and add all other ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Stuff into casing.

Boil 1 hour.

Bake in oven 15 minutes longer, serve
