Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place carrots in a shallow baking pan.

2. In separate bowl, cream butter or margarine, sugar, salt and cinnamon.

3. Pour the boiling water into the butter mixture. When the butter is melted, pour over carrots.

4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
