  • lb. (2 kg) Brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp.Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp.no-sugar-added pancake syrup
  • Grated peel from 1 large orange

Step 1



COOK Brussels sprouts in large pot of boiling water 6 min. or until tender. Drain well.

HEAT dressing and pancake syrup in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts; stir-fry 3 min.

STIR in orange peel.

Cooking Know-How

Boil the Brussels sprouts just until tender. They will continue to cook when stir-fried in the dressing. When cooked, they will have a vibrant green colour and provide only slight resistance when pierced with a fork.
