Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 cup diced fresh rhubarb
- 1/2 cups nuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together in order given. Pour into (2) greased loaf pans and sprinkle batter with a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp butter. Bake at 325 for about 60 minutes.
