Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tsp Soda
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2/3 cup cooking oil
- 1-1/2 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, egg and oil together.
Mix flour and soda together and add to first mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 9x13 pan.
Top with:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbl Butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Bake 350 for 40 minutes
