Fast And Yummy Lasagna

Brown beef in skillet; drain
- 16 -oz. container of sour cream
- Spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 2 cups cooked pasta (bowtie works best, but use
- your personal preference)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Hamburger Dip

This is a nice, filling meal for a cold night
- 1 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
- 3 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/3 c grated parmesan
Sprouted Lentil Spread

Puree all ingredients in food processor, adding more water if desired (to thin out)
- 1/2 cup sprouted lentils
- handful fresh spinach leaves
- 1/3 c. water, as needed for consistency
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp tahini
- 1/6 avocado
- 1 tsp nama shoyu
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp coriander
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
Amish Breakfast Casserole

In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp; drain
- lb. sliced bacon, diced
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes,
- thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. small-curd cottage cheese
- 11/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Make A Mix Melt in Your Mouth Muffins

For us with bulk muffin mix
- 2 3/4 c muffin mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c melted butter or 1/2 c vegetable oil
- OPTIONS: (1 per batch)
- 1 c fresh peaches or 1 can peaches drained well
- 1-2 mashed rip bananas
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries

I make this in an electric skillet and it is a wonderful breakfast or dinner recipe
- Optional:
- 6 slices bacon, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2-3 cups O'Brian or hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 chooped tomato
- salsa and sour cream to serve with
Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes
- 12 oz. regular lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed
- and well-drained)
- 1 (17 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 C. shredded cheddar
- 1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
- 1/2 C. Parmesan
- 1 C. mozzarella
No Bake Cookies

This recipe is a classic. You can always say it's a great way to eat your oatmeal!
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 butter
- 3 c quick cooking oats
- 1/4 c peanut butter (chunky or smooth)

- 3 cans baked beans (BPA free if possible)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 tart apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup or 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar
- 1 package cocktail or smoked sausage (my favorite is Hillshire Farm's Turkey sausage)
Curried Sprouted Lentils with a Ginger and Garlic Cilantro Sauce

The cilantro sauce is just enough for everyone’s serving
- Cilantro Sauce:
- 3 About 3 cups of sprouted lentils and 3 cups of sprouted wheat, or another 3 cups of sprouted lentils (this is measured loosely, i.e. I didn’t press the sprouts down at all).
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups of water
- 1 bunch of cilantro, stemmed and washed
- Either half of a large Aneheim pepper or one small one, seeded and cut into chunks
- A heaping teaspoon of grated fresh ginger (I peel the fresh ginger with a small knife, then grate on my smallest grater)
- 3 small garlic cloves, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
