Make a Mix Muffin Mix (bulk)

This is a bulk recipe mix that makes Melt in Your Mouth Muffins, Lemon-Poppy Seed Muffins, Zucchini Muffins
- 8 c all-purpose flour
- 4 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Ranch Pretzels

This is one of our favorite snacks! They are so delicious!
- 2 boxes unsalted pretzels, broken into pieces
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 c oil
Enstrom’s Style Toffee

Unbelievable!!!
- 2 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 pound salted butter (must be salted butter!)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 – 12 oz pkg milk chocolate chip
- 3/4 cup whole almonds, chopped very, very finely in a blender- almost a powder
My Awesome Spaghetti Sauce

This is my recipe for spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 2 Tbsp dried peppers
- 1-2 Tbsp dried onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped or minced garlic
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz each)
- 2 cans tomato paste (12 oz each)
- 2 cans tomato sauce (12 oz each)
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- pepper to taste
- dash or so of cayenne pepper
Asian Slaw

Dump shredded slaw into large bowl
- Dressing ingredients:
- 2 packages shredded cabbage or broccoli-wokli slaw mix
- 1-2 cups diced, cooked chicken (totally optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 8 tablespoons toasted slivered or sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup oil (such as safflower or sunflower)
- 5 tablespoons white or rice vinegar (may substitute up to 2 tablespoons with apple cider vinegar)
- 4 tablespoons sugar or fructose (raw sugar does not work well; needs to dissolve)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1-2 teaspoons soy sauce (to taste)

These are yummy doggie treats and make a great gift
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup plain or chunky peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
Coleslaw (the KFC version)

Finely dice cabbage and carrots
- 8 cups finely diced cabbage (about 1 head)
- 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sweet and Sour Meatballs (crock-pot)

We like these with rice. A very simple to make meal
- 2-3 lbs meatballs (not Italian style)
- 1 jar sweet and sour sauce
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 can pineapple chunks, with juice
Three-Fruit Frozen Yogurt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 small container frozen strawberries (I use unsweetened)
- 1 small container yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
Creamy Tuna Melts

- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cans (5 oz. each) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 12 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 KRAFT Singles
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
