- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli (1/4 Cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper (2 Tbsp)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion (2 Tbsp)
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed (1/8 tsp)
- 6 eggs (1 Egg)
- 3 tablespoons water (2 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (1/8 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (pinch)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (pinch)
