Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray
- no stick cooking spray
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 cup Argo or Kingsford's cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
Butter - Chipotle Butter

1. Blend butter, chili, vinegar, and salt in twister blender until smooth
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp teaspoon chopped canned chipotle
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
Beverage - ZuZu's Peach Sparkler

In a shaker glass add the peach, mint leaves, lemon and orange and muddle together
- 1-1/2 oz. cognac
- 1/2 oz. peach schnapps
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 1 half peach (crushed)
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 orange wedge
- 1 peach slice (garish)
- 1 mint sprig (garnish)
- Crushed ice

1.) Peel the lime and remove the rind from the pineapple
- Directions:
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 large handful dandelion greens
- 1 .) Peel the lime and remove the rind from the pineapple.
- 2 .) Wash all produce thoroughly.
- 3 .) Add all produce through juicer.
- 4 .) Serve over ice — it’s so refreshing!

For the cookies: Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and set aside
- FOR THE COOKIES:
- 2-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
